Not Forgotten - Part VIII

We are in the process of moving the shop to a larger and nicer location. As with any move, you uncover lost treasures. If you're like me, moving takes twice as long because you end up sitting on the floor with a box of old papers reminiscing.

I came across a big box of forgotten bookmarks, ones I haven't seen in nearly ten years. These were the treasures I saved when I first started sorting books here, and back then I never thought to save the books they were found in. I thought I would pick a few from the pile and share them.

Here are parts one, twothreefourfivesix and seven of this ongoing series where I feature some of the items I find that aren't quite good enough for their own post.

A Book of Thought

Greeting card:

Hi. Hope this finds you in good health. Our Christmas was quiet. Gary and his family were here. Enjoy watching their faces as they open their gifts.

The weather has been warm down here. The weather reports for upper NY are unbelieveable. Take care of yourself.

Thank you for the verse and your mother's announcement. The verse was new to me, one that I would choose for myself. I will put both in my box of memories.

Enclosed you will find a book of thought you might want to read.
