The Sweetest Flower
Illustration with a short poem:
Found in "The Moon and Sixpence" by M. Somerset Maugham. Published by The Modern Library.

The sweetest flower that e'er was planted
By the hand of our great Creator,
In the lovely garden to man granted,
Was Woman - image of her Maker.
Then let our heart and hands be joined,
The wreath of Love let us entwine,
Earth's richest blessings - all combined,
Shall fill up life's sweet Valentine.
