The Great Pumpkin
Recipe for pumpkin pie:
1 1/2 C pumpkin
3/4 C sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ginger
1/4 t nutmeg + cloves
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/4 C milk
1 6 oz can - 2/3 cup ev. milk
1 9" pastry shell
