Rhubarb Cobbler
Recipe for rhubarb cobbler:
1 C Sugar
1 C Flour
2 T Shortening
2 tsp. Bkg. Powder
Salt
3/4 Milk
Mix and then add 2 or 3 cups rhubarb.
Boil a cup of water with a cup of sugar and pour over all. Bake at 400 degrees 35 minutes.
9 x 13 pan or smaller
