Jumbo

A poem, attributed at the bottom to Mary Field:

Jumbo

Jumbo is my baby,
Great big elephant calf,
He fat, slow, and lazy,
But sure to make you laugh.

His tail is like his nose,
I pull them both quite hard.
His feet those my (??) toes
Can never hurt his (??)ard

I'm afraid my Jumbo sick,
And must have doctor stuff.
Now Jumbo don't you kick
For doctor is not rough.
