Do you have any idea where 'the People's Library' is?

Katsenne, The People's Library was a line of affordable editions of popular fiction from the early 1900s. Like today's Dover Thrift editions.

I used to work on 20th St. between 5th Ave and 6th Ave, so the address on this one made me smile. The H O'Neill & Co. building then and now (it's expensive condos now):
