Recipe for pie crust written on an index card:

Pie Crust

3 C. flour
1 C. lard
5 tbl water
1 tbl vinegar
1 egg

I actually use this old recipe (substituting shortening for lard). It makes a flaky, nice crust, and never gets stiff on you.
